I’ve seen a lot of things in my young-ish life, but this made my eyes get real big… like Ramona big.

It’s a documentary called “Street Side Salon” and it takes a look at the growing beauty industry in downtown Kingston, Jamaica where women flock to get their nails and toes (and hair and eyebrows) done. Right.on.the.street. This brings to mind all kinds of sanitary and hygiene questions. But, it’s also another example of the brilliance of our people… we sure will make lemonade, won’t we?
