New details have emerged about the messy divorce situation between The-Nightmare The-Dream and Christina Milian.

Christina wants the judge to toss the divorce papers filed by her estranged husband just 9 days before she gave birth to their only child, Violet. She claims The-Dream lied about the status of their relationship and cheated on her. Christina says The-Dream’s claim they were separated when he filed for divorce back in February was a lie because they were still getting it on in the bedroom. (*throws up in mouth a little*)

Christina says if the divorce goes forward, it shouldn’t be because their marriage was “irretrievably broken.” Instead, she claims the reason for the end of their marriage is because The-Dream couldn’t keep his peen in his pants when it came to other women.

And here’s where things get realllllll messy: Christina also signed a settlement agreement in which both she and The-Dream waived alimony and ownership rights to each other’s property. Christina says she was in no condition to sign the document at the time because The-Dream brought them to her BEDSIDE when she was in her 9th month of pregnancy.
