Is Wendy Williams being forced to be less “How You Doin? Alriiiight! Eoowwww!” and more like Oprah? The New York Post’s rumor mill suggests executives at her show want her to appeal more to middle American mothers, going so far as canning her producer and asking her styling team to tone down her look. Well, this is Oprah’s last year, so perhaps the “higher ups” want Wendy to shoot for that audience. But, what we love about Wendy in the first place IS her over-the-topness. The first major change: she’s rolling out a new set. A rep for the show denies there’ll be any “personality” changes. But, you can judge for yourself when the new season of The Wendy Williams Show kicks off Monday.

I hope she doesn’t lose the tacky. That’s why I watch!

And… I’m sayin’, can the Witches do the opening announce or something? Holla, Wendy. Holla!
