Sometimes, you lose your weave, but the show must go on. That’s what happened during one of Britney Spears’ concerts in Las Vegas. The pop singer starlet let that wig fall and kept on dancing…like a boss.
What can we learn from Brit Brit? Not one monkey nor wayward extension should stop your show.
All toddlers who had hoped to chillax front row at Fashion Week can thank the parenting skills of Kim Kardashian West because they’ve been DENIED. Fashion’s mommy dearest, Anna Wintour, has reportedly banned the kiddies from sitting front row, thanks to North West’s two sideline outbursts during New York Fashion Week last month. You’ll recall that North had enough of waiting for her daddy’s fashion play to start, so she flipped out. She had a second tantrum at the Alexander Wang show, and none of it was her fault.
I mean, who brings a kid to a fashion show without at least bringing along a coloring book or a ball and some jacks? The Wests, that’s who! So, now, the Ice Queen has informed designers not to allow toddlers on the front rows of shows she attends.
Somewhere, baby girl Beckham is giving North an ill side eye.
Well, it is Throwback Thursday here at the Brew. First, the New Edition news and now this. ’90s R&B group Jodeci is back on the scene with a new video AND album. They just debuted their Hype Williams-directed vidja on Facebook (yes, Hype… it’s 1994 all over again up in this piece). Take a look. Taste the Brew to watch
Real New Edition stans go hard for the boys from Boston. So hard that we travel and make life plans around concert dates. So, it’s no surprise that a group of die-hard fan-filmmakers decided that since there was no film about the group, they’d just make their own. Now, the fruits of their labor are circling the web. Writer/director Bobby Huntley hopes if there’s enough fan reaction to make the “N.E. Heartbreak The Movement” clip go viral, that he can get a real film popping off. Huntley set up a website to drum up fan interest and spread the word about his mission.
NE Heartbreak The Movement is a “labor of love” mission, set up by a creative team of New Edition fans, to produce an authentic biopic, that will tell a sincere and honest narrative, of the lives and journey of New Edition. NE Heartbreak The Movement has already put together a “sneak peek” trailer for you to enjoy and our main objective, is to be the production team entrusted to tell the story of 6 young men, who had a dream of success, happiness & music. The New Edition story deserves to be told, YOU can help us tell it and here’s how:
If you are a true admirer and die hard fan of this amazing group, then you are already a part of this movement; just help spread the word that ‘The Movement’ is here. Share the video on your Social Media pages, answer our Poll questions and Follow our Facebook, Twitter & Instagram. It’s that simple & NE Heartbreak The Movement Has Begun!
It’s not exactly clear to me how making the video viral is going to turn into a full-on production, but take a look at what they’ve made. Taste the Brew to watch
The Canadians ain’t checkin’ for Breezy. Chris Brown’s two shows up nawth have been chucked. His “Between the Sheets” tour (with Trey Songz & baby R Kelly Tyga) was headed to Montreal and Toronto, but Canadian officials denied Brown entry into their country, just hours before the Montreal show. Promoters say the ban was due to “immigration issues,” but, um, we know the truth.
