New details have emerged about the messy divorce situation between The-Nightmare The-Dream and Christina Milian.

Christina wants the judge to toss the divorce papers filed by her estranged husband just 9 days before she gave birth to their only child, Violet. She claims The-Dream lied about the status of their relationship and cheated on her. Christina says The-Dream’s claim they were separated when he filed for divorce back in February was a lie because they were still getting it on in the bedroom. (*throws up in mouth a little*)

Christina says if the divorce goes forward, it shouldn’t be because their marriage was “irretrievably broken.” Instead, she claims the reason for the end of their marriage is because The-Dream couldn’t keep his peen in his pants when it came to other women.

And here’s where things get realllllll messy: Christina also signed a settlement agreement in which both she and The-Dream waived alimony and ownership rights to each other’s property. Christina says she was in no condition to sign the document at the time because The-Dream brought them to her BEDSIDE when she was in her 9th month of pregnancy.

Dirty mofo. Dirty mofo!

Turns out the innaweb buzz that Common and Serena Williams parted ways was true afterall. Common confirmed his split from Serena during an interview with Chicago’s Fox News this week by saying “I am single. I am a single man, definitely.”

Well damn, can’t nobody stay married.

The people over at Freddy O are reporting that former Real Housewife of Atlanta, DeShawn way too many teeth Snow and her hubby, former NBA baller Eric, are getting a deeeevorce!

Eric is the one who actually filed ‘dem papers (because you know she wasn’t going nowhere). He wants shared custody of their three kids too.

Can any of the “housewives” stay wives?

Halle Berry is single… again!

Halle and her beau, model Gabriel Aubry have split! Halle reportedly went to a divorce lawyer (hmmm, were they marrried?) three weeks ago to find out about a custody arrangement for their 2 year old dauther Nahla. But, no long term plans have been made yet.

Halle and Gabriel worked out a “very short-term custody arrangement,” TMZ reports. Sources say Halle and Gabriel are “working well together” and are handling parental duties without conflict.

Ya know, I’m beginning to wonder if Halle Berry can make it work with anybody!

Can anybody make it work?

Melissa and Tammy Etheridge have ended their nearly nine-year relationship. A source close to the couple says there’s no cheating involved (finally!)…this was just an old fashioned case of growing apart. Perhaps Melissa being 48 and Tammy (who’s an actress) being 35 had something to do with it? I dunno. The couple are co-parenting their 3 year old twins.

Bahumbug.
